Aidan García
Financial Advisory, Corporate Restructuring & Tax
AITI, QFA, Licensed IP
Aidan has been providing specialist Financial, Tax and Corporate Restructuring advisory for more than a decade, with extensive experience across a wide range of industries including hospitality, leisure, property, construction, retail, transport, and heavy manufacturing.
He was Managing Director of CollinsGarcía for eight years before the firm rebranded as Sabios in 2020, propelled by Aidan’s reputation and the original firm’s impressive portfolio of work. Prior to founding CollinsGarcía, Aidan worked in industry for a well-known agri-food business.
Aidan has advised on all aspects of Corporate Restructuring including Corporate Investigations, Restructurings, Insolvency and Tax based litigation. He has acted as Liquidator, Receiver and Examiner on over 200 cases, and regularly oversees complex litigation cases in Commercial Court.
Due to his extensive experience in such matters, Aidan has acted as an expert witness in numerous insolvency and tax cases, and he is a member of the Revenue Commissioners panel of Insolvency Practitioners.
Aidan has particular expertise in VAT on property; Capital taxes on development land; taxation considerations arising from property development; and close company taxation issues, as well as cross-border tax advice between Ireland and a number of other EU countries.
Formerly an international amateur and professional boxer, Aidan applies the drive and focus of a sports career to the pursuit of results for clients. He regularly takes audit/investigation/appeal cases for taxpayers in Ireland and is accustomed to handling complex litigation across the full spectrum of restructuring and tax, ensuring clarity and resolution for key stakeholders.
A licensed Corporate Insolvency Practitioner, Aidan is also a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA, AITI), a Qualified Financial Advisor, Qualified Stockbroker and a Qualified Personal Insolvency Practitioner.
Terry Leggett
Terry was a Senior Partner in Eugene F Collins, with over 40 years’ experience.
While dealing mostly in commercial litigation, Terry has specialised throughout his career in banking and financial product litigation.
Amongst other expertise, Terry has significant experience in the area of Corporate Recovery Law and has extensive experience in litigation relating to this field.
Terry also frequently advises on Regulatory matters for State Bodies or Associations.

Enda Murphy
Enda Murphy is a Chartered Accountant and a Consultant; he recently retired from RGA as Executive Vice President in 2017 where he was Managing Director of its European operations, and COO of its internationals business.
Enda expertise is in Life, Annuity and Asset intensive structed reinsurance contracts on a global basis. As Executive Director of many of the groups global subsidiaries, Enda was approved by several international Regulators and gained a deep understanding of business development strategies, Audit, Risk, and Investment issues.
Prior to joining RGA, he was founding Managing Director of De Laga Landen Re (part of the Raba Bank group) and Canada Life Reinsurance where he developed the business targeting European and North American markets using subsidiaries in Ireland, Bermuda and Barbados. Previously was a founding Director of Canada Life Europe selling life insurance from Ireland into the German market. Enda is a former Director of DIMA (the Dublin Insurance Managers Association). He’s primary focus in Sabios is to assist in the growth of the firms financial services tax advices offerings.
